1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at qdd.goodhair@hotmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
